Vital Signs: Cultivating a flourishing life
We spend a lifetime chasing metrics: titles, possessions, perfect sleep scores, ideal body-fat percentages, believing they’ll bring lasting happiness. Yet these measures often activate the comparing mind, leaving us feeling less than, even when we’re healthy, successful, or admired.
Vital Signs invites you to track different metrics, ones that truly measure your vitality.
Through discussion, somatic awareness and guided reflection, you’ll experience what Joseph Campbell meant when he said we are really seeking is “an experience of being alive.”
Discover your unique vital signs and how to measure them. These are vital signs that don’t just add years to your life, but life to your years.
