​DELIVERY FORMAT:

​​​The programme follows a Face2Face Learning format, which includes interactive in-classroom sessions on the unique Stellenbosch University campus and limited live remote learning sessions via Zoom.

​PROGRAMME OVERVIEW:

​​​Our Young Minds Programme, certified by Stellenbosch University, is a 9-month career-focused gap year programme that helps school-leavers and young adults prepare for the next steps in their life and career.

​The programme focuses on, among other core themes, Business Management, Entrepreneurial Thinking, Career Development, and Personal Mastery - the key ingredients necessary to explore the real world of work and help students discover who they are, what they want to achieve in life, as well as build their ideal sustainable career path.

​​​The programme also helps them define their goals, strengths, and direction before enrolling in tertiary courses / degrees or before making decisions about which career to follow.

​​​Participants gain access to life coaches and job-shadowing guidance, as well as undergo psychometric testing - a truly personalised learning experience designed to help them kickstart their professional journey with confidence.
