, guests are invited to tune into their breath, notice the rhythm of their steps, and move as a form of meditation. The walk closes with a grounding moment of gratitude, encouraging you to carry that sense of self-love and compassion with you long after the walk ends.

All are welcome — whether this is your first mindful movement experience or part of your regular practice. Come in your favorite ALO, take a deep breath, and let each step be an act of self-care.

There is no storage for belongings, so please plan accordingly.
