​This is a working session just for accepted OTW 2026 hosts. The goal of this working session is to get your event closer to ready status: Complete your listing, impact survey overview, and hands-on matchmaking to close whatever your event still needs.

​Please arrive at 5:30 for check-in — we start promptly at 5:45 with the information you need for your next steps. Every minute is mapped, so being on time matters.

​What to expect

• ​State of OTW 2026 — where the week stands (Sep 27–Oct 3)

• ​The survey plan — your per-theme pre/post surveys, what you commit to, and what you get back

• ​Live portal + toolkit walkthrough — complete listings, key dates, and how OTW marketing amplifies your event

• ​Matchmaking breakouts — leave with a named OTW owner on every open need

• ​Read-back + Q&A — and the two dates to remember: Aug 15 (sponsor events close) and Sep 1 (schedule + ticketing live)

​Come ready to leave with a real plan for anything still missing.
