About Event
Come join us for a half day nature retreat: an opportunity to unplug, unwind and reconnect. It will be a gentle blend of guided meditations, silent forest bathing, and walking meditation in the woods.
A delicious, vegetarian lunch will also be included.
Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing and sturdy footwear suitable for walking in the forest. You may also want sun protection and, depending on the forecast, an umbrella or rain layer.
At 4:00 PM, there will be an optional gathering at a nearby restaurant for anyone who would like to stay for dinner.
