โAbout Dr. Trigg
๐งช Dr. Jennifer Triggโs passion for science, nature, and health was inspired by her outdoor adventures growing up in Colorado. Whether she was exploring on horseback or skis, these experiences instilled in her a profound respect for nature. As she delved into her studies, Dr. Trigg noticed the striking parallels between the rise in chronic health issues and the deterioration of our environment. Rather than dwelling on the challenges, she sees this as an opportunity for positive change. She passionately advocates for rediscovering the inherent wisdom within both our bodies and the natural world. By tapping into this intelligence, she believes we can navigate towards a brighter future filled with genuine well-being and harmony.
โDr. Trigg earned her doctorate in naturopathic medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. While in medical school, she was selected to participate in an advanced clinical rotation focused on gastrointestinal conditions. This opportunity deepened her understanding that the gut microbiome and gastrointestinal health are foundational and can be an underlying aspect of many health concerns.
โDr. Trigg received her bachelorโs degree in Neuroscience from the University of Colorado โ Boulder. She has additionally received training in psychedelic assisted psychotherapy through Synaptic Institute. She loves learning about how emotional and spiritual health contribute to healing and about how factors such as diet and lifestyle can profoundly impact mental health. Dr. Trigg is a member of the GastroANP and PsychANP for continuing education of health professionals.

โโจ Before We Gather, Consider This:
๐ How often do you truly listen to your body?
๐ฑ What would it feel like to move through life in sync with your natural rhythm?
๐ซ Where could you invite a little more softness, knowledge, and connection?
โLetโs gather, learn, and support each otherโone cycle, one conversation, one chocolate bite at a time. ๐ซ๐
โCanโt wait to see you there!
xoxo
