​Eliot Frick is co-founder of Bigwidesky and author of The Subjunctive, where he develops "subjunctivism," a philosophical framework that treats reality as a field of possibility rather than a fixed system of knowns. His writing and consulting work challenge the assumptions underneath modern leadership, culture, and institutional life, informed by thinkers like Nietzsche, Kuhn, and McGilchrist alongside systems theory and strategic foresight. He speaks to executive audiences on what it takes to lead when the old playbooks have stopped working.
