There is a hilltop town in Istria where the fog rolls in at dusk and the streets are too narrow for anything to move fast.
That's where we're gathering this June.
Motovun has a way of doing what most of our lives don't leave room for — slowing everything down until you can actually hear yourself think. We chose it deliberately.
This is a three-day Lady's Salon for a small circle of women — creative, thoughtful, slightly disillusioned with how things work, and genuinely interested in what comes next.
Not a conference. Not a wellness retreat. Not networking with a nicer view.
A space to think more clearly, speak more honestly and build the kind of connections that don't disappear when you close your laptop.

What does real allyship between women actually look like — not as a concept, but as a daily practice?
We'll explore it together. Through conversation, shared meals, long evenings and the kind of honesty that only happens when you're away from the day-to-day.
The women in the room
We don't curate by job title or career stage.
We curate by state of mind.
She is successful enough to question things. Slightly disillusioned with how work works. Open to honest conversation — not performance. Values depth over dinner party networking.
She might be a creative director, a founder, a strategist, a journalist, a designer, a corporate leader. She might be in transition or in expansion. What matters is that she's ready for a real conversation.
