This is the official virtual registration page for the initial Zydii Ltd. Creditors' Meeting.
Following the Special Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up passed by the Shareholders of the Company, this meeting is formally convened in accordance with Section 406 of the Insolvency Act, No. 18 of 2015 (Laws of Kenya).
The meeting will be conducted entirely online to ensure maximum accessibility and cost efficient administration.
The primary objectives of this initial meeting are:
Presentation of the Statement of Affairs
Appointment of the Liquidator
Establishing Liquidation Committee
Liquidator's Remuneration
Liquidation Costs
Important Compliance & Voting Requirements
To maintain the legal integrity of this proceeding, registration does not automatically grant access to the meeting. Please note the following strict statutory guidelines:
Creditor Status: Access is strictly restricted to verified creditors of Zydii Limited, their authorized legal representatives, or legally appointed proxies.
Submission of Documents: To be entitled to vote or actively participate in the virtual session, you must lodge a fully completed Proof of Debt form and, if applicable, a Proxy Form with the proposed liquidator.
Filing Deadline: All documentation must be emailed to [email protected] no later than 4:00 PM EAT on Friday 26th June 2026.
Access Approval: Once your registration details and Proof of Debt are cross-referenced and verified against the Company’s records, your Luma registration will be approved, and the secure, unique virtual meeting link will be dispatched to your email.
