Brainstorm Run&Yoga
☀️ Brainstorm Run & Yoga
Move your body. Clear your head. Share some ideas.
✨ Founders Run Club Lisbon × Pillow × Tejá House
Not your usual Saturday morning run.
Join us for an easy 5K along the river, restorative post-run yoga, and a relaxed morning at Tejá House to meet new people, exchange ideas, and see where the conversation takes you.
Whether you’re a founder, building something, exploring an idea, or simply curious 🌟 come along!
What to expect
⏰ When: Saturday, October 3rd, 9:30am
📍 Run meeting point: Praça do Comércio, under the big statue
👟 Run: Easy 5K along the river, finishing at Tejá House
🧘🏻 Restorative Yoga: 10:15am at Tejá House
☕ Brainstorm: Stay for coffee, meet someone new, share what you’re working on, throw around an idea, or get a fresh perspective. Plus, enjoy 10% off drinks at Tejá.
🌿 25 yoga mats available, with priority for runners and confirmed Luma spots.
We’ll start with an easy Founders Run Club 5K along the river, followed by a 45-minute restorative yoga session led by Ari Chen, founder of Pillow and a certified yoga teacher.
Designed especially for after running, the session will be slow, grounding and recovery-focused, releasing the hips, hamstrings, calves and lower body while giving your nervous system space to slow down.
Beginner friendly. No yoga experience needed.
Then we’ll stay at Tejá for coffee and conversation. No pitches, no formal networking, just bring yourself, and maybe an idea or two. That’s what this morning is about. ✨
About Pillow
Pillow is a mental wellbeing platform for people living away from home. We help people find vetted multilingual therapists who fit their needs, while bringing together movement, nature and local community as part of a more human approach to mental wellbeing.
At Pillow, we believe mental wellbeing doesn’t only happen in the therapy room. Sometimes it looks like moving your body, slowing down, spending a morning outside, meeting someone new, and having a really good conversation.
💙Come for the run, the yoga, the brainstorm, or all three!
