Agenda:
Wave 1 - Personal productivity
16.00-16:20: Rishi will showcase the power of AI to enhance productivity using Claude. Reconciling a general ledger/trial balance and producing a full set of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow statement) within minutes using the freely available '3 statement model' skill from Anthropic.
16.20-16.30: Brainstorm - "Where have you best used Gen AI for personal productivity and how could you scale that to your team/organisation?"
Wave 2 - Process Transformation
16.30-16.50: Rishi will walk through a role-play scenario to explore how AI agents can support employees in their day-to-day work. The session will highlight how clear role definitions, well-designed tasks, and thoughtful guardrails can help create effective collaboration between agents and the people guiding and managing them.
16.50-17.00: Brainstorm: "How would you define a task agent job specification for a business process that you run today?"
Wave 3 - Organisational Capability
17.00-17.30: Rishi will paint a vision of the (not too distant!) future where humans and agents are working together in teams - humans rely on the agents for specialised experience (e.g. data analytics/BI) but remain in charge of agent performance. And potentially have more fulfilling roles compared to the pre-Gen AI era!
17.30-17.40: Q&A / Wrap-up
Depart at 17.40 promptly, so that we can make happy hour at the Amazing Grace bar afterwards (which finishes at 6!)

This event will be run in-person (Canary Wharf) but will also be streamed online.
The networking and collaboration opportunities will be limited to the in-person experience but we will use an interactive quiz or whiteboard for online attendees to be able to participate in the brainstorming.
No laptop is required for the in-person event but please bring some paper and pens!

Completing the LDI AI Readiness Assessment is by no means compulsory, but it gives us a better understanding of your organisation's current data, technology and AI readiness and will be taken into consideration when allocating the limited in-person places.
