โAuthentic Dance is a guided free-movement experience where there are no steps to follow and no dance experience required. Instead of choreography, you simply allow the music to guide your body. Each person moves in their own unique way, creating an atmosphere that is both empowering and deeply freeing.
โExpect a carefully curated playlist of powerful, soulful, and reflective music that carries participants through a moving meditation - an embodied journey guided by rhythm, emotion, and flow.
โSome moments will be energizing, some reflective, and others playful. The music gently invites you to explore movement, release tension, and reconnect with your natural rhythm.
โMoving together in a supportive space creates a powerful shared energy. Free movement can help release stress, spark creativity, and reconnect mind, body, and spirit.
โOptional Ceremonial Cacao
โAt the beginning of the evening, participants will have the option to enjoy a warm cup of ceremonial cacao.
โCacao has been used for centuries as a heart-opening plant medicine that gently supports emotional connection, creativity, and presence. It is completely natural and non-psychedelic.
โFor this experience we will be serving Ora Cacao, a high-quality ceremonial cacao sourced from South America. It will be prepared with coconut milk, with alternative options available if needed.
โCacao can support a deeper sense of connection with yourself, the music, and the shared experience, though it is completely optional.
โClosing Reflection
โToward the end of the evening we will slow things down and take time to ground and reflect. Many participants enjoy bringing a journal or sketch pad to capture insights or simply sit with the embodied energy of the experience.
