With 78% of workers changing their overall career path at least once, studies show the average person has 3 to 7 different careers before retirement.
Yet career transitions can often feel confusing, lonely and like you’ve done something wrong to have reached this point.
If you're in the process of a career transition or simply anticipating a career transition, this is an intentional space for you to reflect on the past, ground in your values, and create an action plan for the future with the help of structure and community.
What to expect in the 3-month, cohort-centric program:
3 virtual sessions with a group cohort, about a month apart.
Dates for the Q4 virtual cohort: Second Wednesday of every month (Oct 14, Nov 11, Dec 9) from 5-6:30 PM PST
Over the first two sessions, we will review the Jim Collins book What to Make of a Life, explore values and past peak experiences through structured exercises, and generate concrete action steps together.

Early bird pricing is $75 before September 18, 2026; pricing after September 18, 2026 is $150
This cohort is aimed at individuals with 10+ years of work experience and it's for anyone who is actively in a career transition, or contemplating one, and is looking for community and accountability.
Facilitator:
Tiffany Teng is an executive coach with a Masters in Management from Stanford Graduate School of Business and studied neuroscience and psychology at Stanford University. She is a lecturer for Stanford Continuing Studies Program and brings 15+ years of startup experience across product, strategy & GTM, scaling 2 unicorns from series B to C and exiting one startup after it was acquired by JPMorgan Chase.
Sean Loosli is a product manager and consultant who spent time at Intuit, Zelle, Gusto & taught product innovation globally. His favorite career moments are the ‘aha’ moments of watching a new insight click, and watching people unlock their unrealized potential. Sean went to Harvard, has a Masters in Russian Studies from Stanford University and is universally "Fun Unc" wherever he goes.
