What the day looks like:
You'll start with a Silent Tea Ritual and move through the science of attention and mental fragmentation, before diving into foundational breathwork-infused guided meditation and a nervous system mastery workshop to understand and work with our emotions. The afternoon brings walking meditation, an emotional awareness framework, an extended silent sit, and group reflection to integrate everything.
Think of it as a master class in you.
You'll leave with:
A working understanding of your thought patterns and emotional cues
Practical tools for focus, flow, and self-regulation
A direct experience of deep stillness — not just the idea of it

11:00 - Foundational Breathwork and Guided Meditation (45 mins)

12:30 - Emotional Awareness + Thought Observation Framework
1:00 - Nervous System Mastery Workshop
1:45 - Group Reflection
