Let's turn one of the most screen-saturated places, the metro, offline. 📵 Join this free event to swap screen time for real time.
Imagine this: hundreds of strangers riding the metro, without a phone in sight. Instead, they're reading, knitting, chatting, having fun. On Saturday, March 21st, we're challenging Valencia to take a break from scrolling and turn Metro Line 5 into a phone-free living room on wheels. Ⓜ️
What to expect:
➡️ The calm way there. 30 minutes of shared silent time - to relax, read, knit, sketch and slow down.
⬅️ The social way back. 30 minutes of time to chat, connect, play games & meet new people (maybe even make music?).
📵 Phones off and tucked away for the entire round-trip.
Please note that the Metro is open to everyone, so commuters might board the same line (probably with their phones 😉).
Where & when:
📍 A round trip on Metro Line 5, from Metro Station Maritim Serreria, to the Metro Station of the Airport (and back).
⏰ Each way takes +- 30 minutes. We will start and end at the same station (Maritim Serreria).
🗓 Saturday, March 21st, from 10:00 - (roughly) 12:00. Please arrive before 10:00, as we'll take the 10:20 metro.

What to bring:
📖 Bring a book, knitting set, journal, sketch pad, LEGO, or whatever offline hobby you love.
👯 Your friends, fam, colleagues, crush... Basically, people who'd kill you if they'd miss this.

Vamos a transformar uno de los lugares con más pantallas, el metro, en un espacio offline.📵 Únete a este evento gratuito para cambiar el tiempo de pantalla por tiempo real.
Imagínate esto: cientos de desconocidos viajando en metro sin un solo móvil a la vista. En su lugar, están leyendo, tejiendo, charlando o divirtiéndose. El sábado 21 de marzo, desafiamos a Valencia a dejar de hacer scroll y convertir la Línea 5 de Metrovalencia en un salón sobre ruedas, libre de teléfonos. Ⓜ️
¿Qué te espera?
➡️ La ida relajada: 30 minutos de silencio compartido para relajarte, leer, tejer, dibujar y bajar las revoluciones.
⬅️ La vuelta social: 30 minutos para charlar, conectar, jugar y conocer gente nueva (¿quién sabe?, ¡quizá hasta hagamos música!).
📵 Móviles apagados y guardados durante todo el trayecto de ida y vuelta.
Ten en cuenta que el metro sigue abierto al público, por lo que otros pasajeros subirán a la misma línea (probablemente con sus móviles 😉).
Dónde y cuándo:
📍 Recorrido: Ida y vuelta en la Línea 5, desde la estación de Marítim-Serrería hasta la estación del Aeroport (y vuelta).
⏰ Duración: Cada trayecto dura unos 30 minutos. Empezaremos y terminaremos en la misma estación (Marítim-Serrería).
🗓 Fecha: Sábado, 21 de marzo, de 10:00 a 12:00 (aprox.). Por favor, llega antes de las 10:00, ya que cogeremos el metro de las 10:20.

*Recuerda que deberás validar tu título de transporte habitual (o comprar un billete de metro) para cumplir con la normativa vigente.

📖 Un libro, tu set de punto, un diario, un bloc de dibujo, LEGOs o cualquier hobby offline que te encante.
👯 A tus amigos, familia, colegas, a ese ligue... básicamente, a cualquiera que te mataría si se enterase de que se lo ha perdido.
