JÑĀNA : Thought Culture
After two sold-out shows in Los Angeles, we’re bringing Thought Culture to London.
The Experience
A guided journey into the inner world through breath, sound, and philosophy. Led by Harsh Jhaveri, one of India’s brightest minds in yoga, and LA-based sound artist Krishna Jhaveri, this 90-minute session explores how patterns of thought shape our reality, and how breath and awareness can shift them.
The Listening Room at Polygon Productions
The session is hosted in Polygon’s 360° spatial audio listening room in the old Warner Brothers Studio on Soho. Using their immersive sound system, Krishna’s field recordings from across India move through the space with precision, acting as a physical tool to quiet the mind and create a vivid sense of place: a journey to the homeland and the self.
What to Expect
Guided Practice: Indic philosophy, classical prāṇāyāma, meditation, and immersive sound.
Gift: Attendees will receive a Jñāna tote and diary, along with essentials from Kama Ayurveda.
Your Facilitators
Harsh Jhaveri: Researcher at Kaivalyadhama and co-founder of the Yoga Education Collective. His work focuses on the integrity of classical yoga and the science of the mind.
Krishna Jhaveri: Sound artist and audio engineer. He uses multi-channel installations and field recordings to create environments that deepen presence and emotional awareness.
