👣 Feierabend Block Walk #1 | Nippes
A block walk is a fun way of landing back in the present, giving our world the attention it deserves and practicing the art of noticing everything (which we used to do brilliantly as kids!) 👀
Here's the plan: we'll meet after work and spend one hour walking through the lovely neighborhood of Nippes.
But there's a catch... you will only be allowed to talk about one thing: your surroundings.
In pairs, we will stroll through the streets and comment every little detail we observe ✨🔎
A window sill full of plants and pots. A crack on the pavement. A sticker glued to the back of a road sign.
After having gifted the streets of our city with our love and attention, we will go grab a warm drink & snack at Café Culture.
What to expect
💛 A recharging walk through Nippes, to fall in love with our world again.
🤗 Moments of connection and of quiet along the way.
🍵 An (optional) café chill for warm drinks & snacks at the end.
The Program
19:00 - 19:15 | Meet at Schillplatz & say hello.
19:15 - 19:45 | Walk and notice in pairs.
19:45 - 20:15 | Change pairs. Then walk and notice again.
20:15 - open | (Optional) café chill with warm drinks & snacks.
What to bring
✍🏻 (optional) pen and paper, to write a list of the things you observe.
📷 (optional) camera, to capture the things you observe on film.
☔ In case of rain, an umbrella.
*If the weather is super bad, we will reschedule our block walk.
