Sprinting might be the most underrated workout there is. Humans are literally built to sprint – and unlike a long jog, it demands everything from you. You don't think about your to-do list mid-sprint, you're just fully locked in. No zoning out, no autopilot. Just full send for a few seconds, rest, repeat. It's intense, it's a full-body workout, and it's way more fun than people expect. 🚀
Here's how it works: we meet at the cafe at 6:30am, walk over to the beach, warm up quickly and then run 8-10 100m sprints. The whole thing is fast – expect to be back for breakfast by 7:30am the latest.
