About Event

In January, we hosted our first session with Jane, and it became one of the most talked-about events in our community.

Here's what participants said:

"I don't want this meeting to end."
"This session was amazing and so inspiring."
"Thank you for sharing these golden secrets with us!"
"So informative and full of energy. So happy that we had a chance to meet you."

Jane immigrated from Latvia and built her career at one of the Big Four consulting firms. There, she quickly realized that technical skill alone wasn't enough to succeed. It wasn't until she focused on building relationships, connecting with people, and learning to navigate corporate culture that she began to see real career growth. Her mission is to help other professionals, especially immigrants, avoid the pitfalls she experienced early on. It's not just the great work you do, but the relationships you build and the way you play the corporate game that opens doors to success.

Moderated by Luba Inz - COO at Home Alliance, where she leads over 300 people. Born in Moscow, Luba founded two companies before moving to the U.S. over a decade ago with two suitcases and big dreams. Today she also runs a consulting practice focused on operational systems, AI agents, and marketing for service businesses.

In our first session, Jane shared her 10 Commandments of Corporate America: why relationships rule, how perception becomes reality, and why hard work alone never guarantees promotion. But we only scratched the surface.

In this session, Jane will go deeper:

  • Managing Up: How to navigate relationships with your boss, have difficult conversations, and ask for what you deserve without damaging the relationship

  • From Immigrant to Leader: What it actually takes to move into leadership positions, build executive presence, and be seen as "leadership material"

  • The Conversations No One Teaches You: How to say no strategically, how to recover when your reputation is already damaged, and how to advocate for yourself without feeling pushy

And most importantly: bring your real situations. Jane will do live case reviews, answering your specific questions about the challenges you're facing right now.

Thank you! See you soon.
