Guest Chef Vicky Ratnani joins our Executive Chef Krzysztof Czerwinski for The Long Table — a vibrant communal dinner in the Gallery Space, surrounded by works by Radhika Gupta-Buckley, Keerat Kaur and Baseera Khan. With over three decades of global experience, Chef Vicky brings a modern Indian approach to the table, blending local produce, European technique and flavours gathered through years of travel. Enjoy a generous shared spread, trolley-served Pani Puri, coastal spices and bold Sindhi flavours.
