Dear Friends and Family,
Humbled and grateful to share that I have been invited to the Black Legends Hall of Fame Class of 2026 at the 11th Annual Black Legend Awards Silicon Valley. This honor recognizes the dedication and service of so many who uplift, inspire, and strengthen our community.
While this recognition is meaningful, what truly matters is the ongoing work, the legacy, and the spirit of Black excellence in Silicon Valley. I would be happy to have you with me in this moment, celebrating the people, the causes, and the change-makers who make a lasting difference far beyond any one individual.
The evening will include award presentations and a reception, giving us a chance to connect, reflect, and celebrate together.

The evening is always inspirational and engaging as we hear about the journey of these African American pioneers - Black History Matters. The BLA is a fundraiser for developing the San Jose Black History Museum Silicon Valley (SJBHMSV).
