A Raleigh native, Hilaire Martin is a proud graduate of Elon University, where she earned honors through the Isabella Cannon Leadership Fellows Program and received her BA in Communications. With more than 18 years of experience running and growing a seven-figure, debt-free family business in the luxury home industry, Hilaire has built her career at the intersection of branding, operations, and intentional leadership.
Her roots in interior design and marketing run deep. From childhood visits to her mother’s design firm to officially joining the business in 2008, Hilaire quickly learned every facet of what it takes to run a creative company, from leading large-scale installations and stewarding financial health to implementing systems and developing meaningful brand strategies.
Known for her drive and hands-on approach, she has done everything from spearheading rebrands to taking out the trash, always with the same commitment and energy.
As a mom of four, Hilaire has navigated the realities of building a business while building a family, learning firsthand the importance of clarity, boundaries, and sustainable marketing habits. These experiences reshaped her understanding of success and fueled her desire to help other women do the same.
