Refuturing Leadership: A Workshop for Anyone Ready to Shift How They Lead

​Get ready for a workshop that will change how you approach leadership!

​Emergent Roots is bringing together leaders from across sectors to learn the mindset and develop the tools for implementing systems-based leadership that serves our collective well-being. Whether you run a company, manage a team, or lead an initiative in your community, we would love for you to join us! Leadership isn't a title: It's influence, wherever you hold it.

​Together, we'll cultivate a mindset of openness and imagination so that untapped potential can emerge.

The first 20 minutes will be an optional sound bath, which research has shown reduces feelings of tension and relaxes the nervous system. You are welcome to join the workshop after the sound bath at 9:20am.

You’ll then move through a series of exercises to cultivate a new leadership mindset that is receptive to unexpected potential and tools to help you take actions in alignment with your new outlook.

​You'll work through real challenges you're facing, have dialogue with others doing the same, and leave with at least one concrete action to take on Monday morning, and a plan for what to do when creativity gets stifled.
