​We're taught that leadership means having the answers, staying in control, and holding tight to what's working, right up until it isn't. But what if the most powerful thing a leader can do isn't grip tighter to existing systems, but allow something better to grow in place of what’s no longer serving the whole?

Emergent Roots is bringing together leaders from across sectors to learn the mindset and develop the tools for regenerative systems-based leadership. ​Together, we'll explore how to shift from fear-driven problem-solving to openness and imagination so that untapped potential can emerge. You'll begin with a 20-minute sound bath to settle into a calmer, more receptive state of mind. You’ll then move through a series of exercises to cultivate a new leadership mindset and tools to help you take actions in alignment with your new outlook.

​You'll work through real challenges you're facing, have dialogue with others doing the same, and leave with one concrete action to take, and a plan for what to do when old patterns try to pull you back.
