Are you a fellow caregiver, who is feeling stressed, anxious, isolated, all the while experiencing caregiver burnout…?
Then, come join Gabriele, a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Instructor, young caregiver for a parent with Alzheimer's, and the curator of Supported Skies Yoga and Wellness for this 35-min Meeting You Where You Are: Caregiver Yoga Flow.
🌿This 35-min virtual practice is an accessible, slower-paced gentle yoga class for the busy caregiver who is searching for the time to relax, decompress, and pour back into themselves what they give to others.
In this virtual class, we lead from a place of non-judgement. Cameras are optional, but are welcomed to further foster community building. If you need to step away to tend to your loved one, please do so and return when you are ready.
🌿The intention behind this shorter class is that you have the opportunity to invest and connect with yourself outside of your caregiving role, while establishing community with other caregivers who are experiencing similar challenges.
🌿Even if you are an ally, a friend or family member of a caregiver, please join as well to provide support and advocacy to the caregiving community.
🌿If you require a chair or need any other props such as pillows, blankets etc. please bring them along to support you in showing up for yourself. The sequence will be tailored to meet students where they are!
