AI in the SDLC: From experimentation to real-life delivery impact
Most teams are experimenting with AI in software delivery, but adoption is often fragmented — individual tools, isolated prompts, and inconsistent outcomes. What’s missing is a delivery model where AI is embedded into the SDLC in a way that’s repeatable, governed, and aligned with strong engineering practices.
At this live event in New York, the Equal Experts North American team will demonstrate what AI looks like when it becomes part of the delivery system itself — not bolted on as a productivity shortcut.
Through a guided, end-to-end demo, we’ll walk through an agent-supported, shift-left delivery workflow, showing how AI can support teams from early feature intent through to build, quality, and ongoing code context— while keeping engineers firmly in control.
Who this event is for?
Software engineers, tech leads, and delivery practitioners working in modern software development environments
Engineering managers and product leaders responsible for how teams build and deliver software
Teams already experimenting with AI who want to understand how it fits into real delivery workflows
