Every disability practice runs on people, and the people questions are the hardest ones. Who do you hire first when the caseload outgrows you? How do you train someone who has never touched a Social Security case? What do you hand off, and what do you keep, when your name is on the fee agreement?
We'll compare how firms are actually staffing in 2026: remote and overseas team members, virtual assistants, operations hires, and the training systems that make them effective. Where delegation has paid off, where it has backfired, and how owners are thinking about the next role they add.
