On October 23, we gather to celebrate everything that has taken root with an evening of magic, ritual and art that brings you back home to your heart.

Every SEEDofSOUND is different.
The only constant is change.
🌙 The evening will begin with Lisa’s signature astrological storytelling, offering a collective theme and intention for the journey ahead. From there, conscious breathwork and grounding practices will gently settle the nervous system, helping you soften, arrive, and become fully present.
🌬️ As the body down-regulates and the mind grows quieter, you’ll be guided into a deeply receptive state before being immersed in SEEDofSOUND’s signature live sound journey—a blend of crystal singing bowls, ambient soundscapes, meditation, and Lisa’s intuitive live vocals.
🌱 And as with every SEED, we write an intention and prayer of gratitude to amplify into the world.
🌀 Whether you’ve been carrying stress, seeking clarity, moving through change, or simply craving a moment of inspiration, you are invited to rest, receive, and come home to yourself.
No previous experience is necessary. Bring something comfortable to lie on such as a yoga mat, and an openness to receive.
