About Event
For the final session of Regulated & Rooted we will be consolidating everything we have covered in the series along with talking about the neurological process of integration and consolidation and how we can make better use of all the good information we get!
As usual, come cozy and prepare to share, support and learn!
Although we try to be as bilingual as possible, this series is prepared in English. If you mostly understand, please still attend and we will be happy to translate as we go so folks are able to keep up.
Our events are open to all FLINTA* folks, meaning people who identify as Female, Lesbian, Intersex, Non-binary, Trans, or Agender, or within that spectrum, so please only attend if you identify as such.
