​What’s Next: Women in Career Transition

​A three-month virtual circle for women navigating a career change, starting something new, or figuring out what comes next.

​I’m bringing together a small group of women to meet once a month for three months.

​The idea is simple: to have a safe, respectful space where we can think out loud together.

​Bring an idea you’re wrestling with. A decision you want perspective on. Something you’re building. A question you haven’t figured out yet. Or simply come ready to listen, contribute, and learn from other women navigating their own version of “what’s next?”

​We’ll share ideas, exchange perspectives, give each other feedback, and learn from one another.

​Because trust matters, we’ll ask everyone to treat personal stories and anything shared by another woman in the circle as confidential.

​If you join, I’m asking that you intend to participate across the three months so we can build some continuity and actually get to know one another :-). Life happens, so missing a gathering isn’t the end of the world.

​I’m intentionally keeping the group small.
