Key Success Factors for Long-Term Growth: Building Strong Organizations for Startups in Vietnam

Genesia Orbit HCMC (Genesia Ventures) invites you to "Key Success Factors for Long-Term Growth: Building Strong Organizations for Startups in Vietnam."

Hosted by Hoàng Thị Kim Dzung – Genesia Ventures, this session brings together two exceptional speakers — Taku Tanaka (Founder & CEO, Kamereo) and Quang Pham (Investment Committee, ABB Private Equity) — to unpack real-world principles behind building strong, resilient organizations that can scale sustainably over time.

In Vietnam’s rapidly evolving startup landscape, building a great product or raising capital is only the beginning. The true challenge is building an organization capable of long-term growth — one with solid internal systems, leadership discipline, and a culture that empowers people to thrive.

This Orbit Workshop explores the foundational elements every startup must strengthen early in their journey:

  • Leadership discipline and governance systems

  • Balancing growth ambition with long-term resilience

  • Building trust, culture, and team accountability

  • What investors look for beyond financial metrics

  • How founder–investor alignment drives sustainable success

👉 Hosted by Genesia Orbit HCMC, powered by Genesia Ventures.
Seats are limited — register early to secure your spot.
