Reframing diversity from cost to asset
What does it take to plan services and workplaces that are inclusive by design? And what can we gain from it?
In this discussion with Shakira Choonara and Chivuli Ukwimi we will try to delve into what the main obstacles to accessibility and inclusion are, and why at times resistance to change is so strong. We will also look at what worked, and why, in reshaping architectures that seemed unshakable and actually adapted quite easily to a new order of things.
