Affordable Homeownership Bus Tour: Community Wealth Expo

​The NAREB Affordable Homeownership Bus Tour Community Wealth Expo is a free community event created to help individuals and families move closer to homeownership and long-term financial stability.

​Guests will hear from trusted leaders and industry professionals on affordable housing solutions, lending access, heirs property rights, credit building, Section 8 pathways to ownership, and the real difference between renting and owning.

​Attendees will also have access to real help on site, including 1-on-1 connections with lenders, attorneys, real estate professionals, and HUD-certified housing counselors.

​Come ready to learn, ask questions, build community, and take practical steps toward building wealth and creating a legacy. There will also be on-site giveaways.
