βWe will begin by arriving with tea and intention, followed by sensual movement to drop into the body. From there, you will be guided through a brief writing practice to call in more love. Roses and rose blessings will be present to support and hold the space in unconditional love.
βThis is a space to relax, feel, and come back to yourself, leaving you more clear, grounded, and connected to your heart and womb.
