Transform Procrastination: A Nervous System Approach to Getting Things Done
Have you ever wondered why you procrastinate - even when something truly matters to you?
Why it can feel almost impossible to just sit down and get things done?
Have you felt guilty, frustrated or ashamed… maybe even asking yourself, “Why am I so lazy?”
And despite trying productivity hacks, time-management systems, or motivation tricks nothing really changes?
In this workshop, we’ll explore procrastination through the lens of nervous system regulation and brain science. Instead of fighting yourself you’ll learn how to understand what’s actually happening in your body - and how to work with it.
In this workshop, you will learn:
The underlying roots of procrastination
The connection between procrastination and nervous system states (fight, flight, freeze)
Why procrastination becomes a habit - and how it gets wired into the brain
What to do when willpower and discipline don’t work
Practical, sustainable strategies to transform procrastination
This is not another productivity workshop: this is about understanding your internal system and building tools that support real, lasting change.
You’ll leave with:
A new perspective on yourself
Tools you can immediately apply
And a more compassionate, effective way to move forward
If you’re ready to stop fighting yourself and start understanding yourself— this workshop is for you.
