Rethink your relationship with stress

Stress is an inevitable part of every day life, but adapting how we understand and react to stress can help protect us from burnout.

Join Burnout Coach Anise and other lovely people for this 90 minute online session to take a refreshing look at how you stress. 

What to expect?

This is a warm, gentle, uplifting coaching conversation. Anise will share insights and live coaching designed to give you new perspective on how stress affects you. She will also guide you to participate in break out rooms, take time to think and try out practical techniques.

Come as you are and engage in a way that suits you.

​​👋 Hi, I’m Anise. I'm a Burnout and Resilience Coach.

I created Walk Coach Learn in 2015, after going through a major illness and work stress. I’ve become the kind of coach I needed when I was navigating tough times. Now I create walks and workshops that build resilience and protect us from burnout.

You'll be in safe hands as I’m an accredited Resilience Dynamic practitioner and Mental Health First Aider with a range of coaching qualifications and oodles of coaching experience.
