This fall She's New to America Pro runs The Red Thread, a three-part program by Maria Gordienko. The full route: in Part 1 you build the foundation, your values and your Point B. In Part 2 you gather the evidence, the facts of your past that prove you are ready for that goal. In Part 3 you repackage yourself, turning the thread that connects them into a resume or an offer the market understands. Every part ends with an artifact you keep, and an insight that has not become an artifact is an unfinished assignment.

Part 1 is the foundation. Any packaging falls apart at the first interview or pitch without it. Over eight weekly sessions you will work through five exercises you may have met before at marathons or with coaches, this time with the instructions that make them actually work: freewriting on purpose, the billion with five concrete steps, six months to live, the ideal day, and childhood play read for character. You will learn to catch your inner critic in the act, because shame and "this is nonsense" mark the real finds.

Your artifact: a values map and a written Point B, the target that will select which facts of your life become your story.

The group is capped at 8 women, so every session includes personal attention to your situation.
