The Genuine Check-in: Meaningful Founder Conversations for Program Leaders with Collectively Tangled
Join Collectively Tangled for a hands-on, reflective session designed to help program managers genuinely check in with the entrepreneurs they support. In a high-pressure ecosystem where program managers carry immense responsibility, creating space for honest connection is essential.
Together, we’ll explore how to listen with curiosity rather than solutions, acknowledge the challenges behind the wins, and recognize when a thoughtful referral to professional mental health support might be the next step. This session will help you contribute to a culture where entrepreneur well-being is part of the conversation—not an afterthought.
After this session you will be able to:
Normalize conversations about well-being by learning to listen with curiosity
Recognize signs and signals that someone may benefit from professional mental health support
Increase your comfort level in making a referral to a mental health professional
