Grant Operator Workshop Day 2 ETH CC, Hosted by Metagov
Join us for day two of this this invite-only workshop for those who are currently running grant programs. Info for day 1 on Tue July 9 is here: https://lu.ma/z7fuv4h4
This is the second Grant Operator Workshop that Metagov is hosting (you can find takeaways from the first workshop & Web3 Grant Summit here).
The ultimate goal of these workshops and the quarterly Grant Operator Calls we run are to help highlight challenges and present potential solutions pertaining to core problems those in grants, resource allocation, and impact measurement are facing.
This is a private workshop within the Grant Funding Forum. You will get a free ticket to that event as part of joining the workshop. Ping me (Eugene) if you don't get registration for that by Fri July 5 as I have to manually register you.
Tentative agenda day 2 (conference starts at 11a, more info here):
2p-2:15p: Reviewing day 1
2:30p-3:45p: Workshop 2 - Building Systems of Support
3:45p-4:15p: Break & Network
4:15p-5:45p: Workshop 3 - Boundaries of Grant Programs (aka When To Use Other Types Of Resource Allocation Strategies)

There might be some music and activities going on at the space after. Hope you can stay and hang out!
