 Davos can feel overwhelming on your first visit. Thousands of independent events, hundreds of venues, and a busy World Economic Forum programme all running at once make it hard to know where to focus.

This session explains how Davos actually works, how WEF attendees and programming interact with the wider ecosystem, how to choose events, and how to plan your week to maximise value.

Eligibility:
Media passes are reserved for accredited journalists, photographers, videographers, and editorial staff representing recognized media outlets, including print, broadcast, and digital platforms. Freelancers must provide proof of recent, relevant publications.

Access & Benefits:

Admission to all public summit sessions (main stage, keynotes, and roundtables, space permitting).

Access to the designated Press Lounge and interview zones.

Advance press materials, media kits, and speaker access (by request).

Use of the summit media desk for scheduling interviews with speakers or delegates.

Exclusions:

Media passes do not include access to private, closed-door sessions unless explicitly approved.

Travel, accommodation, and personal expenses are not covered.

Media passes are non-transferable.

Approval Process:
We reserve the right to decline accreditation if eligibility criteria are not met.
