About Event

This roundtable discussion will convene Virginia state leaders and business representatives, along with senior executives from a broad range of energy businesses.

The discussion will focus on energy and economic development, including implementation of policies adopted by the Virginia General Assembly during the 2026 legislative session and priorities for new energy or related policies in the 2027 session. Participants will also explore opportunities for public-private partnership on workforce development in the energy sector, with Power Up Virginia members and Business Council for Sustainable Energy members highlighting workforce activities underway across the Commonwealth.

Together, the group will consider how policy implementation, workforce development, and affordable, clean, and reliable energy can support economic growth, prosperity, investment, and job creation across Virginia.

A networking reception will follow, including small bites, drinks, and an informal opportunity to continue the conversation.
