​Amanda faced a tricky challenge: how do you teach behaviors and values in a way that feels inclusive, not forced? The answer came through play. With a cross-functional team, she co-created a role-playing game complete with missions, dice rolls, and immersive storytelling—tailored to real-life workplace scenarios. The result? High engagement, enthusiastic participation, and a learning experience employees actually wanted to be part of.
