About Event

The ideas are still in the room. Under pressure, fear and anxiety leads to YOUR team not offering them. In 60 minutes, learn the one move that brings your team back to life.

Who this is for

Heads of unit, directors, and founders carrying a change that looks right on paper and keeps stalling in practice. Coaches and consultants who see this pattern in client teams will feel at home too.

The problem, in plain terms
Think of your last tense meeting. A hard problem. Good people. And every idea was a safer version of something you tried last year. It may be that nobody has stopped having ideas, but they instead stopped offering them. Fear, in these situaitons, can look like agreement.

You will leave able to do three things

  1. Spot the signs your team has stopped creating and is only following orders before the ideas dry up.

  2. Make one specific move in your next meeting, so people offer real options instead of defending the old plan.

  3. Treat creativity as a hard business skill, not a soft extra.

Your guide
Louise Edberg is a psychologist with close to 40 years of experience inside organisations. She directs TOLC, a working conference on organisation, leadership and creativity in the Tavistock tradition, which she has run 12 times, working with 100s of participants from founders and executives to therapists and consultants.

How to come

On the lead up to the webinar, bring to mind one problem that YOUR team keeps solving the same old way. You will leave with a way to get new thinking on it.
