About This Event
Younger is a first-of-its-kind biological aging contest. Competitors spend six months working to reverse their measured age across brain, body, and appearance. Biological age tests were developed by leading scientists and physicians from MIT, Harvard, and Yale to be the most accurate measurements available on the market.
This structured competition includes comprehensive baseline testing, personalized optimization protocols, and before-and-after results.
Two live events held in San Francisco in January and November 2027 bookend the contest kick-off and wrap up.
What we measure
Biological age: epigenetic and blood-based markers
Brain age: cognitive performance testing
Face age: standardized facial aging analysis
Functional measurements: VO₂ max, Grip Strength, Sit-to-stand time
Optional Ultra Testing: brain volume on MRI, body composition with dexa scans, 100+ blood biomarkers of general health
All of these tests roll into one composite Younger Score.
