Let’s start the morning right with movement and community! Bring the kids! Let’s do a 35 minute beginner mat Pilates session.
What to bring: A exercise mat
Water
Blanket for the baby if needed
Small towel
What to wear: comfortable clothing you can
Move in
There will be $5 Halloween play dough kits available for your group! Also some sensory play for the littles!
