Your SaaS Playbook Won't Sell Your Hardware.
Your SaaS Playbook Won't Sell Your Hardware (satellite event).
June 24, Warsaw — a working session for founders and sales/marketing leaders from hardware, deeptech, cleantech, and energy companies who want to fix their sales process.
What you'll walk away with:
→ A clear picture of your sales process — who you're targeting, how the sequence works, where it breaks
→ A benchmark with other founders from the same space
→ A concrete list of changes to close deals faster — ready to implement the next day
How it works:
One volunteer puts their sales process on the table. We tear it apart together — the sequence, who they're addressing, where deals slow down, where they're lost. Everyone watches, asks questions, and takes notes. Then each participant works individually on their own process — with my support and AI-assisted tools — and leaves with a rebuilt process and specific fixes.
This is not a lecture. You'll leave with an actual B2B sales process and changes that help you close faster.
Who it's for: founders and sales/marketing leaders from hardware, deeptech, cleantech, and energy companies who already have a B2B sales process - and feel something isn't working. We accept up to 2 people per B2B company.
Your host:
Maciej Szott — co-founder of GoToSmith. Scaled and exited Luxon (hardware/cleantech) 74x and ZEME (cleantech) 124x in 7 years. He's sold to procurement committees, navigated 18-month sales cycles, and closed enterprise deals in industries where no SaaS playbook applies. Now helps hardware, deeptech, cleantech, and energy founders scale faster with GTM consulting and AI context layer.
