​​Hi, I’m Teo - the owner of ATTIKA, a health and fitness enthusiast, and someone who absolutely loves talking about food (sometimes even more than Bulgarian squats 😄).

​Our members come from all over the world and as expats, we all have unique experiences in Barcelona. I created Friends Dinner Monthly as a way to share some our community's favourite restaurants with the rest of the community, bringing together good food, great company, and meaningful conversations.

​​​Each month, I’ll choose a recommendation from a client. I'm always asking for recommendations anyway, I’d love nothing more than to experience these hidden gems with our Attika family.

​​​This isn’t just about food (though we’ll definitely be indulging in some seriously yummy dishes). It’s about connection - meeting fellow ATTIKA members, making new friends, and enjoying evenings filled with laughter, conversation, and community.

• ​​​Limited spots! Dinners are capped at 6 people in total (including me) - so sign up early to secure your spot.

• ​​​Can’t make it? Please let us know at least 12 hours in advance so we can either offer your spot to another Attika member or notify the restaurant.

• ​​​Non-members are welcome! Feel free to invite friends, just ask them to sign up for the event themselves.
