Perelel x Lalo present: Preparing for Motherhood

Join Lalo Co-Founder Michael Weider alongside health educator, author, and full-spectrum doula Erica Chidi for an intimate discussion and live Q&A designed for women in the pregnancy and postpartum stage.

Michael will share practical advice on how to build your registry and make sure you’re fully equipped with the essentials for welcoming your little one and navigating the early years of parenthood. Erica will guide the conversation on the pregnancy and postpartum experience—covering both the emotional and physical transitions of new motherhood, and offering rituals and resources to help you feel grounded along the way.
