Organize to win $30/hour for DC37
In this hybrid meeting we will discuss how we can organize in our union to win a bold contract that includes:
1) A $30 per hour minimum wage for DC37 to ensure that all union members can afford to live in the city we serve
2) 6.5% annual raises to outpace our rising rent and grocery prices
3) Save telework and compressed schedules to reduce our commutes and improve our workplace flexibility
The DC37 economic agreement expires in November 2026, but Mayor Mamdani and DC37 are negotiating our raises, benefits, and remote work policy now!

We are DC37 members who are organizing to fight for a better contract. This is a bottom-up effort to make sure our union hears directly from the voices of rank & file workers like yourself.
