BGE x East Bay Regional Parks District

Step into an environment where sound becomes medicine, stillness becomes transformation, and your nervous system remembers what peace feels like.

Join us for an immersive Sound bath experience designed to help slow you down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself. As you relax comfortably, you'll be gently guided into a meditative state through the soothing vibrations of singing bowls and other healing instruments.

The resonant frequencies invite your body into deep rest, quiet the mind, and create space for emotional release, clarity, and inner balance. Whether you're seeking relaxation healing, better sleep, or a simply a moment to pause, this experience offers a sanctuary for your body, mind, and spirit.

No experience is necessary— simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive. Leave feeling grounded, restored, and deeply renewed.

Please remember to bring:

  • yoga mat or blanket

  • sun protection

  • water bottle

  • head rest

  • comfy clothes and shoes

Who's invited?

This gathering is open to all who wish to attend with respect. While everyone is welcome, this experience is intentionally centered on creating a safe, nurturing, and affirming space for Black women to rest, heal, and simply be. We invite all participants to honor that intention by helping us cultivate an environment of care, compassion, and respect.

What about parking?

Parking at Dimond Park is completely free. You can find it in a few locations directly in and around the park. The primary parking lot at 3860 Hanly Rd., has ample space. Plenty of free street parking is available on surrounding residential streets like Lyman Road.

What about accessibility?

Dimond Park features wheelchair-accessible entrances and parking lots. While paved sections like main paths, play structures, and recreation center provide good accessibility, the unpaved canyon trails. The park provides reliable public restrooms (with sinks) that are wheelchair-friendly. They are located near the tot lot and beyond basketball courts.

The park is highly transit-friendly, with AC Transit lines running directly to the area. Bus lines 30 and 33 drop off very close to the park entrance.

Please be aware this event is being photographed and video/audio recorded for promotional and archival purposes. By registering for this event, you consent to your image and voice being used. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify our lead and speaker at the event.

Is this a paid ticketed event?

This event is free to attend for BIPOC identifying people, though voluntary donations for the event costs are gratefully accepted.
