On December 3, 858 Partners is hosting the inaugural 858 SoCal Field Trip & Holiday Party.
We close 2026 the way it started: in person, with gratitude, with the people who made the year what it was.
The day. A half-day summit in Los Angeles. Peer conversations grouped by brand scale, less presentation and more discussion, the format operators rated highest across 858's peer-to-peer events in Phoenix, Dallas, and Chicago this year. One agenda item: what worked in 2026 and what you're building for 2027.
The evening. Then we put the agendas away. A proper holiday party with the Southern California restaurant community. Uber credits are on us, both directions, so the evening takes care of itself.
Who's coming. Our goal is simple: one executive from every major mid-market and enterprise brand in California.
Since March, 858 has hosted 353 executives representing more than 72,000 locations. On December 3, that community comes to our favorite part of the country. The midyear recap tells the story of our first half of events and what to expect: 858 Mid-Year Recap
Giving back. The event is free to attend. For every executive in the room on December 3, 858 makes a donation to Restaurants Care, which provides hope and stability for California restaurant workers in crisis. Show up, and workers in your own market are better for it.
